Airbus Services Asia Pacific, a business unit of the European Aeronautics Defence and Space Group (EADS), specializing in Airbus customers’ support and services in the Asia-Pacific region. To strengthen our team, we are seeking dynamic candidates to join us as:

FIELD SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Job Responsibilities:

Part of the Services & Customer Support department, you will assist the Field Service Manager (FSM), representing Airbus on site at the airline facility. Your main responsibilities are:

Technical Assistance:

• Provide 24-hour assistance on technical incidents and AOG
• Perform Greet & Meet at Entry into Service of aircraft
• Anticipate, identify and solve technical issues
• Provide a filtering function (technical matters) when possible

Customer Relations:

• Represent Airbus at all levels of the airline (customers)
• Visit all airline departments (Maintenance Control Centre, Flight Ops, Engineering, Training and Spares) to identify problems to be solved and propose solutions or forward to relevant specialist if necessary.
• Identify customer potential needs; promote Airbus services
• Promote and protect Airbus image and products

Reporting to Airbus:

• Maintain proper communication with all Airbus departments and report on all issues that can impact customer satisfaction or Airbus business.
• Consolidation of data and information for use in all departments of Airbus.
• Assist the FSM in preparation of periodic reports.

Office Management:

• Be familiar with local/customers culture and regulations
• Office administration
• Manage and control of office expenses

 

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering related discipline
• Min 7-10 years of experience in Maintenance and/or Engineering with exposure to Airbus aircraft
• Mobility is a must as you will be assigned at different customer locations within the South East Asia region
• Customer oriented and open-minded
• Good organizing skills, initiative, resourceful and independent
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
