Airport Operation Officer (Based in Bangkok & Phuket)

Job Description:-

• Monitor ground handling agent’s performance at check-in area, boarding gate, luggage area etc. Make sure the agent complies with the company’s regulation and their service meets the company’s standards.
• Make sure no mistake on passengers’ travel documents check.
• Make sure API is transmitted to relevant authority without any mistake.
• Handle irregular flight (delay, cancellation, technical problem etc) passengers according to the company’s regulation.
• Handle passenger complaints about airport ground service and abnormal luggage.
• Arrange monthly meeting with ground handling agent and airport authority.
• Take care of passengers with special needs (un-accompanied minor, wheel chair or stretcher passenger etc) according to the company’s regulation


• Male or female
• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 1 year’s working experience as ground handling staff in Airlines or Ground Handling Agents.
• Computer Literate, i.e. MS Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Good command of English, while Chinese Proficiency is preferred but not a must.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and adapt to changes at short notice.
• Able to work at night and on rotations.
