JetAsia Airways was founded in December 2009 and obtained its Air Operator Certificate from the Department of Civil Aviation of Thailand in October 2010. With the increasing demand for quality service providers in the Asia Pacific region, JetAsia was founded on the principles of Safety, Reliability, and Customer Service. We specialize in Block Charter, Full Charter, Ad-Hoc and Wet Lease (ACMI) Operations. Our fleet of Boeing 767s enables JetAsia to provide versatile solutions for the medium and long haul market. Currently, we are seeking to recruit the most experienced and dedicated professionals who will effectively add and create value to the organization in the following position;


Customer Service Manager


Customer Service Manager Job Purpose :

• Maintains customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources; managing staff.


Customer Service Manager Responsibilities:

• Achieves customer service objectives by contributing customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying customer service trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
• Provide proper action plan to complaint case raised by customers (B2B and B2C) and manage compensation the customers after following appropriate procedure and investigation to each case.
• Meets customer service financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Determines customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers; visiting operational environments; conducting surveys; forming focus groups; benchmarking best practices; analyzing information and applications.
• Improves customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; establishing and communicating service metrics; monitoring and analyzing results; implementing changes.
• Maximizes customer operational performance by providing help desk resources and technical advice; resolving problems; disseminating advisories, warnings, and new techniques.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.


Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or Master degree in Business Administration or any related field.
• At least 4 years working experiences in customer service airline / Set up call center
• Good personality, details orientated and work well under pressure
• Dynamic and highly creative thinking
• Strong collaborator and team player with high pressure environment
• Excellent command of conversation and written English
• Good time management skill and ability to meet deadlines
• Good in Decision making skill
• Analyzing information skill
• Thai Nationality Only
