About Your Job:
As Airport Services Agent, also the first contact between the Qatar Airways and its customers, you are responsible to deliver quality service to customers at the airport terminal, coordinate in the handling of company materials, ensure smooth passenger handling, assist passengers with regards to entry requirements, visas etc and ensure passengers are assisted smoothly through airport facilities to create a stress-free environment for customers whilst travelling with Qatar Airways.
Your responsibilities will also include constant liaison with Check-in, Transfer Desk, and other related areas for the smooth acceptance of passengers and direct Arriving/Departing passengers to the respective areas such as Hotel Desk, Visa Counter, Transfer Desk, Premium Lounges, and Boarding Gates etc.
Working along in a team, you are to adhere to safety policy and security standards of the company and portray QR image to the highest standard ensuring that our customers receive our award winning 5 Star services at all times.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum High School education  with at least 2 years experience in a customer service role preferably in Airport Operations / Travel Agency / Hospitality. You have to be energetic, enthusiastic, have a positive attitude and pleasant personality. Attentiveness to detail, ability to work well in a team and willingness to work in shifts are essential to succeed.
Excellent communication skills in English and Thai is required. Strong knowledge of Amadeus Reservations & DCS preferred but not essential
