Air France Industries KLM Engineering & Maintenance is a major multi-product MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul) provider. With a workforce of over 14,000, AFI KLM E&M offers comprehensive technical support for airlines, ranging from engineering and line maintenance to engine overhaul, aero structure and FTR support, as well as the management, repair and supply of aircraft components, structured around a powerful logistics network. AFI KLM E&M supports almost 1,500 aircraft operated by 150 major international and domestic airlines.

Today, AFI KLM E&M is looking for a dynamic person to be part of our regional sales team in position of:

Account Sales Manager – AFI KLM E&M
Reporting to the General Manager Sales - Southeast Asia

Role and responsibilities
Based in Bangkok, the Account Sales Manager is in charge of developing AFI KLM E&M turnover in Thailand, and establishing good and sustainable relationships with airline customers in Thailand. He/she manages a portfolio of customers, prospects new airlines, and ensures smooth communication between AFI KLM E&M organization and the customers, contributing to the correct understanding of their needs and to their satisfaction. He / she is in charge of monitoring payments and discuss overdue invoices with customers.

He / She plays an active role in the activity of the Bangkok sales office, including market watch, marketing, data analysis, reply to Request for Proposal, reporting, events and meetings organization and logistics, in assistance to the General Manager Sales.

Job specifications

•   Build and implement a visit plan, maintain relationship with his portfolio and developing it through prospection of new accounts.
•   Propose and implement actions to bring new business opportunities and convert them into revenue
•   Ensure smooth communication with AFI KLM E&M headquarters and business units in Paris / Amsterdam
•   Follow up and report about his/her activity using the company tools.

Skills and experience
•   Thai national with bachelor’s degree of higher
•   3 – 5 years’ experience in sales & customer relations, especially from multinational companies
•   Experience in aviation industry preferable
•   Fluent English (oral & written).
•   Able to plan and organize its activity with autonomy.
•   Excellent  presentation and communication skills
•   Comfortable in an international environment and with foreign customers.
•   Energetic, fast learner
•   Outgoing personality
•   Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & Power Point)
