Lounge Supervisor


1. Assist Lounge Duty Manager and Lounge Manager in overall day to day task
2. Monitor and supervise all staff performance and ensure adequate of staff, equipment and tools for smooth operation.
3. Ordering of supplies for daily operation like snack, pastries, fruits, food and drinks. Hot and cold towels must be fresh and sufficiently stocked and fulfilled. And only substandard item must be removed
4. Recording in and out supplies for daily operation.
5. Ensure supplies for daily operation are sufficient use for every shift and re-order where necessary.
6. To act as the first point of contact, ensuring an exemplary standard of customer complain and any problems are resolved speedily.
7. Conduct frequent in section in the lounge, Food & Drink preparation, Reception counter as well as Fast Track service and report any deficiencies to Lounge Duty Manager or Lounge Manager.
8. Conduct daily briefing to staff in each chief to keep all staff updated of information passenger booking and to keep high standard of service.
9. Conduct daily reservation and assign customer service to service for VIP hotel passengers, VIP Agent passengers and business class passenger of air lines.
10. Undertake various administrative functions and other duties as directed from time to time by Lounge Duty Manager / Manager.
11. Tidiness, orderliness and proper image of the lounge should be maintained at all times.
12. Furniture and gritting, Laptop, TV, lounge equipment, lounge amenities are well maintained and must be in good condition.
13. To monitor the On Time Performance/Courtesy/Efficiency/Discipline to ensure it meets or exceeds our Company’s standard.
14. Generate daily lounge summary reports, presenting these to the Lounge Duty Manager or Lounge Manager for any information & action.
15. Read and initial passenger on log book.
16. Read customer list of today at the beginning of the shift.
17. Maintain appropriate standard and procedures, dress hygiene, uniform and grooming in good appearance.
18. Must be available to work on call and overtime when necessary.
19. Must be available to work any shift including weekends and holidays.
20. Other job related duties as assigned by Lounge Manager

• Male or Female, Thai Nationality
• Age 20 years old over.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any fields.
• At least 1 years working experience in related fields.
• Well-groomed outward appearance.
• Fluent both written and spoken English.
• Service mindset, proactive, self-motivator and a team player
• Working 6 days per week, 9 hours per day (breaking 1 hour).
• Ability for shift work including early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays
