Passenger Service Lead Agent หัวหน้าทีมบริการผู้โดยสารภาคพื้น

- To perform and lead day to day assigned function and contribute to ensure that overall passenger    service
  operations run smoothly and efficiently
- Perform day to day assigned function such as Check-in, Boarding gate, baggage and lounge services as well as   back office administrative duties
- Responsible for assisting customers with travel needs such as answering inquiries and provide connecting flight
  information and direction assistance.
- Perform boarding and gate duties, assist and provide information to passengers, making announcements,
   playing a vital role by conducting security checks at gate per established regulations and procedure.

- Age 25-32 years old with Bachelor Degree or higher in any field
- At least 2 years of experience in airlines or airport handling
- Fluent in English communication skill. 3rd language and computer knowledge such as MS Office, e-mail, Power-
  point is an advantage
- Training Background of Basic Airline Check-in System Skill is required
